Smaller update with a few changes for the upcoming match:

-Added map loading display for compressed maps
-Disabled redundant warning messages on lowest graphics mode
-Rebalanced FOV and mouse sensitivity when scoping and when zoomed scopes are disabled in the config
-Added separate mouse X and Y sensitivity values
